Paula Tillotson

Hello! My name is Paula and I will be running as your Transfer Senator for the 2025-2026 school year! I am currently a third year History major with a minor in Educational Studies. As your Transfer Senator, I will represent the needs of all transfer students and ensure that they are seen and heard throughout their time at UCSB. It is known that approximately 33% of transfer students make up the population at UCSB. Through being a Transfer Senator, I will recommend the development of potential events that should be implemented in order for transfer students to find community and to ensure their 2 years at UCSB are memorable. Furthermore. my relevant experience consists of being House Representative for Camuesa House in Manzanita Village Residence Hall as apart of Resident Hall Council. In this position, I was responsible for holding voting power on all coordinated activities, acted as a liaison between Hall Council and my designated floor, and even coordinated my own events for my fellow residents to enjoy.
