Olabisi Ola-Olaitan

My name is Olabisi Ola-Olaitan, and I’m excited to be running for Senate once again to continue serving and uplifting our campus community. During my current term, I’ve focused on increasing transparency within AS and advocating for underrepresented voices across UCSB, ensuring that all students feel seen, heard, and valued. I’ve worked closely with cultural organizations, helped amplify student concerns, and pushed for better access to vital campus resources. With your support, I hope to build on that momentum—strengthening the connection between students and AS, advocating for improved mental health resources, increased affordability, and stronger academic support systems. I also want to expand outreach efforts to ensure students know how to access the services and opportunities available to them. I’m committed to being a Senator who listens, takes action, and delivers meaningful change. Together, we can create a more inclusive, informed, and empowered UCSB community.
